Vintage 60s/70s white floral lace dress wedding dress with long sheer sleeves, a full skirt, and a train. The sleeves have a clear snap at the cuffs for closure (they are open on the model because the cuffs were too small).

Condition: Good, with a 1" and 1/5" seam gap on the underside of the right sleeve (easily repairable), a 1" section where the lace at the end of the cuff has come undone from the sheer fabric it is attached to (can be repaired by hand), a 1.5" and a couple tiny lightly yellowed spots at the end of the right sleeve on the floral lace (the yellow is only visible at the edges of the flowers on the lace), a few 1" sections of the same kind of yellowed spots on the lace at the front left of the skirt, and some yellowing/yellow spots on the lining layer on the train (not too noticeable through the sheer fabric that layers over it). The spots/yellowing may come out with treatment.
